Jan Dünzelmann is managing partner of DE GOLD GmbH. He has worked in the construction and real estate industry for more than 20 years. The logistics real estate sector he has represented developers, users, international investors, and valuers. As Managing Director, Jan successfully led the project development division of Fiege Logistik Stiftung GmbH & Co. KG. Prior to that, as a Director of Acquisitions at Schroder Property Investment Management GmbH, he is very familiar with the perspective and requirements of Logistics investors.
Jan studied architecture (Dipl.-Ing.) at the TU Berlin. He also holds a degree in real estate economics from ebs (European Business School) in Oestrich-Winkel.
Katrin was a member of the supervisory board of Stadtwerke Münster GmbH from 2016 to 2020. She studied business administration at Cologne University of Applied Sciences (Diplom-Kauffrau FH).
